Transdisciplinary work

Governments, scientists, entrepreneurs, farmers and citizens work together in area programs and processes: (regional) teams, MTs, CoPs, LivingsLabs or companies to make a difference. Where different points of view and interests come together, the progress of the process can stagnate. In many cases, knowledge is available to facilitate, organize and structure for the sake of progress. Unfortunately, the influence of interpersonal dynamics on information exchange, decision-making and consultation climate often appears to be neglected.

Under the label ToGetThere, I successfully intervene in these complex dynamic processes in groups and teams, in collaboration with Peter Slenders (relatiestroom.nl). We use scientifically researched methods. Our expertise is useful where communication is polarized and collaborations are stuck or where there is simply room for improvement.
