Teams or groups that have taken on a complex task
“Groups and teams that recognize and utilize the dynamics between team members are more productive, more innovative and can handle more complex tasks.”
Groups organize themselves in stereotypical ways. When differences arize, there is a chance that these stereotypical organized groups do not develop enough to cope with a changing world. In groups, those differences often lead to polarization. With functional subgrouping I teach the team/group to integrate these differences, making differences the necessary fuel for development and transformation.
In my work I alternate theory with experience-oriented group sessions. Consider “purpose alignment”, meeting simulations, decision-making processes and team coaching at process level. In TeamArt we use the insights of TeamDiagnostics, Group Development and System Centered® Training.
